For the past 30 years, The Hay Group of Boston, Massachusetts has rigorously researched and confirmed a correlation between organizational climate, leadership and financial performance using one of the best assessment instruments in the country, the “Hay Organizational Climate and Leadership Styles Surveys.” Leadership Works is a certified administrator of the Hay assessment and can help you discern the “climate” you’ve created for your people and the behavioral patterns that have shaped it.

What will participants learn?

In this eye-opening workshop, you will uncover two critical factors that will define your success:

1. The organizational climate you’ve constructed for your people and how it measures up to the ideal. Defined as “the employee’s perception of those aspects of their environment that directly impacts how well they can do their job,” you’ll uncover six critical organizational climate factors:

2. Your leadership style and how well it correlates to a pattern empirically recognized as the most desirable method for building a high performance climate. “Leadership style” is defined as, “the pattern of behaviors an individual leader uses across the full range of leadership situations.” Six styles will be identified:
